Hartmann Family
ProfessionalFinca Hartmann is a third-generation family enterprise in Santa Clara, Renacimiento, Chiriquí. The property consists of two farm sections — Santa Clara Finca Hartmann and the smaller Palo Verde section — where the family grows volume varieties including Caturra, Catuai and Pacamara alongside shaded, forest-grown lots. Its coffee is roasted and sold internationally by specialty roasters; no official farm website is currently verifiable.
Lamastus Family Estates
PremiumLamastus Family Estates produces coffee on three Boquete estates — Elida, El Burro and Luito — drawing on a century of family coffee tradition. The family runs farm tours and cuppings at Elida, a green-coffee sampling program for buyers, and its own private auction. Its Elida Geisha Natural Vuelta lot set a then world-record price at the 2024 Best of Panama auction.
Ninety Plus
PremiumNinety Plus produces coffee on two estates on the slopes of Volcán Barú: Gesha Estates (acquired 2009; 200 hectares of reforested former cattle land planted with shade-grown gesha under forest canopy) and Barú Estates (acquired 2019; 270 hectares). Its named lots include Perci — credited as the first naturally processed gesha in Panama — alongside Juliette, Lycello, Sillvia, Tigre, Ruby, Carmo and Yuzo, sold roasted through its own store.
