Ninety Plus produces coffee on two estates on the slopes of Volcán Barú: Gesha Estates (acquired 2009; 200 hectares of reforested former cattle land planted with shade-grown gesha under forest canopy) and Barú Estates (acquired 2019; 270 hectares). Its named lots include Perci — credited as the first naturally processed gesha in Panama — alongside Juliette, Lycello, Sillvia, Tigre, Ruby, Carmo and Yuzo, sold roasted through its own store.
