Hacienda La Esmeralda is the Boquete producer that put Panama Geisha on the world map: the variety's celebrated jasmine-and-stone-fruit character was discovered on its farms in 2004. The estate has since produced record-breaking microlots and has held its own annual online auction every year since 2007.
