Finca Sophia

Finca Sophia is an experimental farm founded in 2008 and planted with Geisha at extreme altitude — grown at 2,130 meters — under the stewardship of Willem Boot, David Pohl and Kelly Hartmann. The entire harvest is released each year as one whole-harvest auction offering, with pre-registration each June, alongside green-coffee inquiries taken through the farm's contact form. Discoveries include the Guayabita and Enigma varieties.
