Retail green, bag by bag
Roastmasters.com sells Esmeralda Private Collection Geisha green by the bag: the natural at $64.17/lb (1 lb) and the washed at $63.42/lb — both in stock at the September 30, 2026 check, shipped from the US. La Huella, the Panamanian farm brand from Cañas Verdes, sells its own green through a UK-facing shop: Green Panama Geisha N97 (natural, the season's highest-rated lots), Green Panama Geisha (honey) and Green Panama Miel (Catuai honey) in 500 g green bags, with free worldwide shipping above €150.
The other two channels
Producer-direct (Lamastus' samples page, Janson's inquiry page, Finca Sophia's whole-harvest form) is a sourcing channel, not shelf inventory — you're asking, not buying. Importer inventory (Sucafina's Carmen Estate Caturra FW offering) is available stock but on professional terms. For home roasting, retail green is the practical tier; for volumes beyond a few pounds, our small-roaster sourcing guide maps the B2B channels.
What green costs versus roasted
Green retail for top Panama lots is not cheap: at $63–$64 per pound, a pound of green yields roughly 400–430 g roasted — around $15 per 100 g before your roasting losses, for the same farm whose roasted Geisha sells near $20–$30 per 100 g. Buy green for the craft, not the savings — and remember Geisha's florals are unforgiving to roast.
