Buying Panama coffee in Canada

Canada is the market we can describe most honestly: at our September 30, 2026 check we found no Canadian specialty retailer with a documented Panama product page. What Canada does have is easy access to Panama's own direct shippers.

The direct routes that reach Canada

PanamaGoods ships to Canada on the same flat terms as the US: $33 per DHL Express box, up to 2 kg and up to four bags, 3–5 business days from Panama City, tracked and insured — so combining bags is the way to make the math work. Boquete Coffee Traders ships worldwide by FedEx/DHL Express with free shipping over $70 — 'worldwide' includes Canada, though delivery eligibility for any specific address should be confirmed at checkout rather than assumed. Both routes avoid Canadian retail markup entirely; expect import duties and taxes to apply on arrival per Canadian customs rules.

Watching for a Canadian retailer

Canadian roasters do buy Panama lots — the auction-driven nano-lot trade reaches most major markets — but none had a documented, purchasable Panama product page at our check, so we list none here rather than guess. When one appears, our roaster database and the What's New feed will pick it up. The US route remains a fallback: US roasters (Klatch, Roastmasters for green) stock Panama, and cross-border ordering from a US seller is possible — but verify whether they ship to Canada before counting on it.

Practical notes

Combine bags at PanamaGoods to divide the $33 box; check the per-100 g prices in our comparison guide to pick which bags ride together. All prices on this page are US dollars as published by the sellers — Canadian-dollar pricing would come from a Canadian retailer, which we have yet to verify.
